Welcome to Petit Crabe.

By placing an order with Petit Crabe you are agreeing to the terms set out. We therefore recommend that you read the terms and conditions carefully before shopping.

The website www.petitcrabe.com is owned and operated by Petit Crabe Aps, a registered company in Denmark with the VAT number DK-33599838. Registered business address is Petit Crabe Aps, Ellevadsvej 24, 2920 Charlottenlund, Denmark.

Placing an order

With a few steps you can be on your way to receiving your first order!

Choose your filters in the left side, and you will have the relevant products presented.

• When clicking on a product, you can see all the existing color variations of this product.
• Please click on the color icon in the desired color. Now it is possible to select a size and put the selected goods in the shopping cart.
• In the bottom of the product page you will find a ‘Combine with’ section – this is an inspiration to show you how you can mix and match the product with others.

Sizes

In general our sizes are “average” for the age.
Take your childs measurements and check them against our size chart to make sure an item will fit. If you are still in doubt, we recommend that you choose a size up.

Please have in mind that if the fabric is over stretched, more UV light comes through. On the other hand it is swimwear and will not be comfortable to wear if it is too big. We hope that our size guide will be useful to you.

Payment

Petit Crabe accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Diners club, American Express, JCB and Dankort. We also accept Paypal

With the currency converter you can choose which currency is used for payment.

Credit card transactions are processed using a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.

Similarly, only the amount specified will be withdrawn from your account. The amount will be withdrawn once the items have been shipped from our warehouse.

Delivery

Orders will be processed the same day or one business day after the ordering. Orders placed on the weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Please ensure you complete the desired delivery address, and write your mail and phone number for notifications about delivery. You can not use a company adress as delivery destination for home delivery.

Parcels not picked up at parcelshops or refused receipt at receivers end will be charged all expenses for return freight, customs and handling fee, this will be deducted return payment.

Domestic delivery in Denmark (2-4 business days)

4 EURO with Parcelshop. Free delivery for purchases over DKK 700/ EURO 100

8 EURO with Home delivery

International STANDARD delivery (2-15 business days depending on destination)

7 EURO to EU countries excl. France

9-11 EURO to Non-EU European contries and France

14 EURO to USA, Canada, Hong Kong, South Korea, Japan, Singapore, Australia and Israel

35 EURO to the rest of the World

International EXPRESS delivery

Depending on destination, prices vary from 11-35 Euro.

Duties & Taxes

Petit Crabe is not responsible for any duties, taxes or other fees placed upon the items arriving in your chosen country.

For American customers: On individual orders over $800 you will be charged import duties upon receipt. We suggest placing multiple smaller orders to avoid receiving charges on your orders.

(Section 321 Program -Section 321, 19 USC 1321 is the statute that describes de minimis. De minimis provides admission of articles free of duty and of any tax imposed on or by reason of importation, but the aggregate fair retail value in the country of shipment of articles imported by one person on one day and exempted from the payment of duty shall not exceed $800).

Returns and Exchange

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Petit Crabe grants full right of cancellation for a period of 14 days from the day after you received the items. The product must be in original packaging and undamaged.

1. Please fill out the return form and enclose it in the shipment.

In the return form please specify whether you want the money back or wish to switch to another size. Remember to check if the size you want is in stock on the webshop.
Petit Crabe exchanges sizes, but does not change to other products.

2. All goods must be returned in their original condition and in their original, undamaged packaging with no tags or labels removed or snapped off. Please place each product in the (unbroken) packaging /bags it came in.

4. Please note that the package must be sent directly to the address above, as we do not accept packages sent collect on delivery (COD). You will bear the costs associated with returning the product

Once we have received the goods and approved the return, we will

a) Send you the swimwear in exchanged size
b) Transfer the amount to the same credit card on which goods were purchased.

Please note that the items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.
For your own safety we recommend you to keep proof of postage.

Returning a Faulty Item

We strive flawless delivery and carry out quality check of our products and shipments.

Have you been unfortunate to receive a product that is damaged, faulty or does not match what you have ordered, we will replace it free of charge. If the item is out of stock, we will refund the price of the item.

You have to give us notice right away. Please contact us by email info@petitcrabe.com
quoting your order number and details of the product you wish to return.
